Well Online, a new wellbeing resource for staff

CiC, who provide the university's Employee Assistance Programme are launching an updated version of Well Online, a comprehensive wellbeing resource.

Well Online offers information, advice and confidential support and is CiC's self-help and information site available which is available to the employees of the university.

It covers a vast array of issues and can also signpost you to CiC's telephone advisors for immediate assistance and emotional support. Some examples of topics covered are:

  • Diet and Mental Health,
  • Stress and Anxiety,
  • Bereavement,
  • Making Lasting Changes,
  • Positive Thinking,
  • Bullying,
  • Time Management, and
  • Effective Communication.

There is also an online chat facility, which allows you to contact one of our Confidential Care Adviceline therapists using online instant messaging from wherever you have internet access.
