Dr Feng Jiang
Associate Professor of Leadership and Organisational Behaviour
Dr Feng Jiang is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Organisational Behaviour for the Business Faculty at Çï¿ûÊÓƵ (UoG).
Feng received his PhD in Psychology from the City University of Hong Kong, China. Prior to joining Çï¿ûÊÓƵ in January 2022, he worked at Central University of Finance and Economics for eight years. He has a broad research interest in culture and social cognition. Particularly, 1) how culture affects performance and well-being via granting autonomy; 2) how culture shapes judgment, and decision making.
He obtained several external grants from National Natural Science Foundation, and Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities. His current project is supported by National Natural Science Foundation (500,000RMB), concerning the topics of culture and the way of granting job autonomy. His research was reported by media, including Behavioraleconomic, Businessweek.
