All the tools that I was equipped with while I was at Çï¿ûÊÓƵ have helped me enormously to get ready for finding employment opportunities since.
Memories of Greenwich
Given that I did my BA and MA at Greenwich, I developed a very good understanding of several industries, learned how to become an effective HR professional and gained experience working with different systems.
The lecturers were very talented and had a wealth of experience to share with us. Adding to that the placements we had to undertake in the real world with real companies enriched my understanding and helped me later on in my career.
Having to endure a vary painful event of losing my mother right before I started my masters was not easy. But the lectures and the university staff were very kind and very helpful which helped me to achieve my goal and uphold my promise to my mum to complete my degree.
Life after Greenwich
Since completing my MA I have gone on to become HR manager at an organisation with over 500 employees. I have also enjoyed giving back to the university and have attended information evenings on campus to share my experiences with prospective and current students.
I think as an alumnus of the university that I have a duty to support current and potential students and to share with them just how good the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ is.
