Technology Project Consultant, Capgemini

I met so many awesome people on the university rugby team who I still talk to daily and had so many amazing memories that I still tell. I look back with pride when I see the team continuing to go from strength to strength.

Memories of Greenwich

I chose Greenwich for a few reasons. One reason is that it is close to home, so I was frequently able to visit home - which helped to keep me sane and motivated (also to sneak in some decent home cooking). Another reason was Greenwich's excellent reputation for career development and employment opportunities, which I can confidently say I made the most of during my time at Greenwich.

Having not attended any open days (which I would not recommend), I didn't have many expectations in terms of what my course experience would look like. However, I would say that my time studying Business Economics was enjoyable. My favourite aspect was being taught by lecturers and tutors who truly brought their unique personalities into their lectures, seminars and tutorials. On reflection, I appreciate the modules which I found most challenging as they pushed me to go beyond and produce some of my best work!

Life after Greenwich

Since completing my studies I have begun my career in the field of technology consulting. Although this is a slight deviation from my subject of study, and my initial career goals, my time at Greenwich has had a positive effect on my ability to pursue this career. Since joining the firm I have become certified and have been able to be a key stakeholder in a project for a large organisation - which I have loved every minute of! Regarding my future plans, I see myself continuing within the field and developing both my experience and insight (the learning NEVER stops!).
