Rachel Brown
Head of Enterprise and Innovation
Rachel has been working in enterprise education since 2013, when she set up a social enterprise programme in a secondary school in Tower Hamlets as part of a community regeneration scheme. She left that position to set up the enterprise programme at Queen Mary University of London, where she co-founded InQUBEate, Queen Mary University's first start-up incubator programme, which was shortlisted for a Wharton QS Stars award for innovation in higher education.
Prior to working in enterprise education Rachel developed her entrepreneurial skills by working in product development for Pearson, developing large scale international schemes for the Caribbean schools market. Her specialist areas of advice for start ups include market research, new product development and business plan writing.
Lynette Lisk
Generator Programmes Manager
Lynette is a project Manager who leads on the Generator’s #GreHacks Knowledge Exchange Project. Before working at the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ she was a communications and publicity manager and freelance project manager.
She has a background in publishing and arts administration and is passionate about exploring how education and enterprise can be used as tools for empowerment and social justice. Lynette is a problem solver and interested in building strategic partnerships.
Christy Llewellyn
Communications Officer
Christy is the Communications Officer and founder of the beauty brand , she brings first-hand knowledge of what it takes to start and scale a business and over ten years of experience in marketing.
Since joining the team she has grown the social media community by over 45% and helped achieve the biggest-ever number of applications for the Enterprise Challenge, the biggest in the competition's 13-year history.
Junior Ogunyemi
Enterprise Advisor
Junior is an expert at training people to become successful entrepreneurs. Whilst at university, he made headlines for launching many successful ventures and became a multi-award-winning business leader. Due to the remarkable impact, a publishing company approached Junior to write a book. At age 21 he became the best-selling author of the highly influential book, “How to be a Student Entrepreneur”.
He has since worked on government initiatives and spoken at TEDx and other business conferences around the world. His dynamic inspirational messages have helped to pioneer the current “student-entrepreneur” buzz across the UK and Europe. Through his online resources he is now showing people, simple practical strategies so they can cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, maximise their potential and make it happen for themselves.
Lea Rozencwajg Henry
Enterprise Advisor
Lea is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and Enterprise and Events Advisor at the Generator. She co-founded CocoRio, a startup that connects families with creative professionals—musicians, dancers, and actors—who work as nannies and mentors to support children's development and well-being.
With a diverse background in marketing, enterprise education, events management, and music performance, Lea uses her experience to help others develop entrepreneurial skills and businesses. She also specialises in mentoring female founders and student entrepreneurs.
Rose Reejo
Enterprise and Events Assistant
Rose is a placement student at the Generator, working as an events and enterprise assistant, where she demonstrates strong entrepreneurial skills through organizing and managing events. She is passionate about fostering innovation and collaboration, using her problem-solving abilities to create meaningful experiences for her peers and professionals alike.
As president of Enactus Greenwich, Rose leads initiatives that drive social and economic change. Her leadership reflects her enthusiasm for innovation and her commitment to making a positive impact on the university and the wider community. She effectively balances her placement with her leadership role, showcasing her dedication and entrepreneurial spirit.
